Excellent great doctors! recently moved here and found out that this is the only GP accepting patients after reading a few google reviews. First visit a nurse took vital diagnostics eg BP etc which was free.. receptionist was also lovely ! Excellent friendly clinic.
My mum had a great experience at this practice. She didn't know how to enrol or set things up, so the reception team helped her. And she had a very thorough appointment with the GP which addressed all of her concerns.
The team was very patient and kind. Highly recommend Casebrook! That being said, the service in Casebrook is just absolutely phenomenal without the need for comparison.
By far the best GPs and nurse in town. It’s easy to miss this place as it is not on the main roads, so it’s a bit like a best kept secret for the residents who live in Regents Park, Northwood, Harewood and Casebrook. If you are like me, who prefers a community ; friendlier Medical practice team, then this is a really good place . Can’t praise them enough. Unlike the bigger places, I’m actually treated with respect and dignity.
Had a great first experience here! Had to bring my daughter along with me and she was able to play with their toys and staff were really friendly! I felt as though i was well looked after and the doctor was more thorough than most iv been to! Happy Patient
I would agree with everyone else feedback about this place . They are just simply brilliant. Have been coming year for a number of years now. Really good old school , excellent service from the team who actually “cares” about you. Love the warm receptionist , friendly nurses and knowledgeable doctors. Why would anyone go elsewhere ?
